Custom ChatBot is a proposed managed service for a business website. The planned WordPress offer would use facts approved by the business to answer routine questions and direct uncertain questions to staff. The current project is a local WordPress chat demonstration; business knowledge, customer controls, service operations, and recurring billing still need development and review.
